Lux is developing its organization – changes to group structure on 1.10.2025

To improve our operations, we will be executing a reorganisation of our corporate structure on October 1, 2025. The new structure will create even better opportunities to develop our business both in the short and long term.

After the reorganisation our mother company called Oy Finska Lux Ab will have two operative daughter companies reporting separately to the mother company. The other one of these is a new company, that undertakes all the duties from Oy Lux Ab – and continues for the sake of clarity with the same traditional company name Oy Lux Ab.
